Delivery And Returns
Faulty or damaged items
We may ask you to send us proof of damaged or faulty items and will guide you on how you can do this when you make contact with us.
We may request the return of faulty or damaged goods and will issue a return or replacement within 7 working days of receipt (usually much faster). If an item proves to be faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of you returning it to us.
Please ensure you get proof of postage as we can’t issue a refund or exchange for goods we haven’t received back. Please note that we can’t refund or replace any misused or mistreated items, or items that show an undue level of wear and tear.
If you have ordered something and decide that you don’t want it you have 14 days to let us know, then a further 14 days to return it at your expense. We will issue a refund within 7 days of our receipt of the goods, minus any postage costs incurred by us.
All items must be unopened and the packaging must be in its original condition.
Please note that we CANNOT accept any returns of unwanted personalised items or gifts, unless we have made an error.
Shipping & Delivery
All of our products are shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. The delivery timescales are therefore 1-3 business days.
For smaller items (keyrings, loose stationery) we apply £1 for both postage and packaging.
For larger items (fidget cubes, deluxe desk tidy) we apply £4 for both postage and packaging.
If your order consists of a mix of the above items, the total for postage and packaging will be £4.
